Job Description

Red Ember Recruitment is looking for a Legal Secretary to join an established Legal Practice situated in Cape Town (V & A Waterfront) requires the professional services of an experienced Junior and/or Senior Commercial/Civil Litigation Secretary.

Drafting and preparation of court and/or commercial documents.
Filing and record keeping.
Billing and capturing accounts.
Ad hoc administrative functions.

Requirements

Knowledge of High Court Litigation process advantageous.
Proficient in Microsoft Word Outlook and Excel.
Knowledge of Commercial Agreements and related matters.
Excellent organisational communication and administrative skills.
Knowledge and working proficiency of LegalSuite will be advantageous.
Able to work independently and have meticulous attention to detail.
Candidates should be based close to the Central Cape Town Area.
