Job Description

As the Japanese VIP Account Manager you will be an essential member of the VIP Team providing an unbeatable experience for our VIP customers. Youll be working in a fastpaced environment which is constantly evolving and innovating putting our customers at the heart of everything we do.


Your daily tasks will be

  • Building longterm strategic relationships with our VIP customers to increase their engagement with us and gain loyalty and trust
  • Taking ownership of the assigned VIP portfolio and managing customers proactively
  • Acting upon opportunities that drive retention growth and reactivation monitoring new potential VIPs enhansing product and brand knowledge;
  • Carrying out daily reviews of biggest winnings and losses taking advantage of most recent player betting behaviours
  • Identifying and providing datadriven solutions and applying the best industry practices in solving the queries and taking full ownership of escalated customer cases
  • Analysing the betting activity and Key Performance Indicators within the assigned portfolio
  • Applying best practices for hosting and participating in VIP events involving frequent travel


What we expect from you

  • 3 years experience within the online gaming industry
  • Understanding of cryptocurrencies sports betting and casino games
  • Fluency in Japanese and English
  • Excellent writing and communication skills with an eye on detail
  • Commitment to delivering the absolute best VIP experience
  • Proactive and positive mindset ability to handle stressful situations and challenging conversations with the customers
  • Ability to multitask and priorities the daily workload
  • Project management skills
  • Ability to discover new insights about customer needs product usage and market trends particularly related to online casinos and VIP experiences
  • Analytical skills and data driven mindset
