We are looking for a Learning Designer for a global technology defence
and engineering group. As the Learning designer the job holder is
responsible for design and develop eLearning content which include
courseware design and training content creation.
Location: Ho Chi Minh
Functions
Design and develop of eLearning content that consist of an assortment of media types such as video animation and other instructional technologies.
Develop conceptualise and edit storyboard that will be translated into finished interactive content.
Develop instructional materials manuals aide memoire and learning resources.
Develop assessment criteria tests assignments and examination.
Work with Project Manager (PM) team to define project scope (level of interactivity objective timeline and etc.).
Work with Lead Learning Designer to develop and design the courseware by incorporating technology and relevant learning pedagogies for effective learning.
Work with Content Developer (CD) team to design and develop engaging interactive courseware for adult learning.
Perform courseware testing and evaluate courseware based on the approved storyboard.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in instructional design and/or training.
Degree in instructional design education psychology instructional technology or related qualifications.
Proven ability to develop clear concise and engaging storyboards using a variety of techniques.
Excellent visual design sense and the ability to translate complex information into visuals.
Good knowledge on authoring tools usability and functionality testing methods as well as course and learner evaluation methodology.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (English and Vietnamese)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proactive and able to work as a team.
