Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented HR and Accounts Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing support to the human resources and finance departments ensuring smooth operations and efficient processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment process by posting job ads screening resumes and scheduling interviews
Maintain employee records and update HR databases
Prepare HRrelated documents such as employment contracts and new hire paperwork
Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation
Process payroll and maintain accurate records of employees attendance and leave
Assist with budgeting and financial reporting for the finance department
Handle accounts payable and receivable including invoicing and payment processing
Assist with monthend and yearend closing procedures
Support the HR and finance teams with various administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Accounting or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and/or accounting roles
Strong knowledge of HR and accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fastpaced environment
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
With exceptional English communication skills
