Job Description
Design and develop comprehensive solutions using Java, BPM, and ECM technologies.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Lead the architecture and design efforts, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with company standards.
Participate in presales activities, including creating demos and writing technical proposals to showcase the value of our solutions.
Manage and provide technical guidance to multiple BPM teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
