Job Description

Position Summary: We are looking for a proactive and organized Assistant Recruiter to join our recruitment team. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about supporting the recruitment process and eager to learn and grow in the field of talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support: Assist in various stages of the recruitment process including job posting resume screening and interview coordination.

Candidate Communication: Maintain regular communication with candidates providing them with updates and answering their inquiries throughout the recruitment process.

Database Management: Update and maintain candidate records in the recruitment database ensuring accuracy and organization.

Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers ensuring a smooth and timely process.

Job Postings: Create and post job advertisements on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.

Reference Checks: Assist in conducting reference checks for shortlisted candidates.

Documentation: Prepare and manage recruitmentrelated documentation including offer letters and employment contracts.

Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the recruitment team including handling correspondence and managing calendars.

Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and provide necessary support.

Market Research: Stay informed about recruitment trends and best practices to support continuous improvement in the hiring process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the recruitment field.
  • Previous experience in a recruitment or administrative role is a plus but not required.
