Job Description

Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detailoriented HR Coordinator to join our human resources team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about HR operations and eager to support various HR functions including recruitment onboarding and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings screening resumes and coordinating interviews.

Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires including paperwork completion and orientation scheduling.

Employee Relations: Provide support in handling employee inquiries and addressing workplace issues.

Data Management: Maintain and update employee records ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Payroll Assistance: Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate timekeeping and assisting with related tasks.

Compliance: Ensure HR activities comply with company policies and relevant labor laws.

Documentation: Prepare and maintain HR documentation including contracts policies and procedures.

Training Support: Assist in coordinating employee training and development programs.

Event Coordination: Organize company events meetings and employee engagement activities.

Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties including scheduling meetings managing correspondence and supporting HR projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous HR experience is a plus but not required.
