**Compensation & Benefits:**
**Base Pay:** $0.98/mile with Hazmat Endorsement; $0.95/mile without. Pay is split per driver on all miles.
**Annual Raises:** $0.01/mile increase each year for the first three years.
**Additional Earnings:**
CSA Safety Bonus: Up to $1025 every 90 days with Hazmat or $825 plus 8 hours PTO.
OnRoad Safety Bonus: $600 every 90 days.
Anniversary Bonus: $100/year of service.
Detention Pay: Starts after 1 hour.
Hazmat Premium: $0.04/mile for placarded loads.

**Qualifications:**
Valid Class A CDL.
9 months tractortrailer experience (6 months with a teaming partner).
Clean driving record; no DWIs in 7 years max 3 moving violations in 3 years.
Pass preemployment DOT physical drug screen & Human Performance Evaluation (if applicable).
