**CDLA Truck Driver Redeemed Logistics Competitive Compensation & Benefits Dedicated Routes**
**Position Overview:**
Redeemed Logistics is seeking dedicated CDLA Truck Drivers for specialized routes. This position requires a commitment to exceptional customer service patience and the skill to navigate challenging backing situations. **Training & Orientation:**
New hires participate in a comprehensive training program including a 1week ridealong with a current driver at $150 per day to familiarize with our operations and customer service expectations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Manual unloading of cargo at designated locations.
Maintain high levels of patience and professionalism with customers.
Navigate challenging backing scenarios with precision and safety.
**Compensation & Incentives:**
Competitive mileage pay with drivers averaging 1500 miles and 3 loads weekly can expect to make an average of $1725.
Top 10% of drivers earning up to $2800 weekly.
Additional pay for unloading with $125 for each trailer and an extra $35 per set for doubles.
Weekly $125 incentive for meeting unload requirements.
Progressive pay scale based on experience starting at $0.60/mile and increasing up to $0.73/mile over time.
Comprehensive benefits package including vacation time that increases with tenure.
**Home Time:**
