We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Bike Mechanic Helper to join our team.

In this role you will support our experienced bike mechanics by assisting with routine maintenance repairs and bike assembly tasks.

Requirements

Assist with Bike Repairs: Aid in diagnosing and repairing bike issues including adjustments to brakes gears and wheels.

Perform Routine Maintenance: Help with regular bike maintenance tasks such as cleaning lubricating and tuning up bicycles.

Bike Assembly: Support the assembly and disassembly of bicycles from the ground up ensuring all parts are correctly installed and functioning.

Inventory Management: Assist in managing and organizing tools parts and equipment; ensure that the workshop is wellstocked and clean.

Customer Service: Greet and assist customers as needed providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or questions about bike repairs and services.
