Java Tech Lead

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Java developers fostering a collaborative and highperforming environment.

• Design and develop highquality scalable Javabased applications that meet business requirements and adhere to industry best practices.

• Apply your strong mathematical background and problemsolving skills to translate complex business problems into elegant technical solutions.

• Contribute to the architecture and design of new systems and features ensuring scalability performance and maintainability.

• Write clean efficient and welldocumented Java code adhering to coding standards and best practices.

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product managers designers and QA engineers to deliver highquality products on time and within budget.

• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to fellow team members.

• Research and evaluate new Java technologies frameworks and tools and recommend their adoption where appropriate.

• Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or GCP and leverage their capabilities to build scalable and resilient applications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• 8 years of experience in Java development with a strong background in advanced Java concepts such as concurrency multithreading and design patterns.

• Strong practical knowledge in spring spring boot JPA REST Spring orchestration framework.

• Strong practical knowledge in RDBMS (MySql Postgres oracle etc) Vector database MongoDB.

• Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable Javabased applications in a cloud environment.

• Excellent mathematical aptitude and problemsolving skills with the ability to solve logical questions using Java code.

• Strong architectural knowledge and experience designing complex systems.

• Handson experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or GCP.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.

• Experience leading and mentoring development teams is a plus.
