Your Mission

  • Culture Shaping & Advocacy: Lead the charge in defining cultivating and promoting our company culture. Actively champion our values and ensure they are reflected in every aspect of the employee experience.
  • WellBeing & Development: Design and implement innovative wellbeing programs that prioritize mental physical and emotional health. Lead initiatives that support the holistic development of our team members including mentorship programs and learning opportunities.
  • Performance Management: Develop and oversee a performance management framework that emphasizes growth feedback and continuous improvement. Ensure our approach is tailored to our dynamic environment steering clear of corporatestyle red tape.
  • Operating Models: Work closely with leadership to refine and evolve our operating models ensuring they are aligned with our culture and support our strategic objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a small but mighty team fostering an environment of collaboration creativity and shared purpose.

Your Experience

  1. Experience: You have a proven track record of driving cultural change within a techdriven or innovative scaleup. You understand the unique challenges of scaling a business and are skilled at creating frameworks that support rapid growth while nurturing a positive inclusive culture.
  2. Creative & Resourceful: You dont believe in onesizefitsall solutions. Instead you craft bespoke approaches that resonate with our people without the need for bureaucratic controls. Your creativity knows no bounds and youre always looking for new ways to inspire and engage.
