Experience with information security management systems (ISMS) is an advantage
Confident use of IT security tools and technologies as well as knowledge of current threats and attack methods
Strong communication and presentation skills as well as the ability to convey complex issues in an understandable way
Ability to work in a team initiative and a structured and analytical way of working
Good written and spoken German and English skills
Participation in the further development and adaptation of information security guidelines
Creation and maintenance of security concepts guidelines work instructions and resource plans
Integration of security requirements in close coordination with various specialist departments
Support in the investigation and analysis of security incidents
Planning implementation and continuous improvement of measures to reduce security risks and vulnerabilities
Organization and implementation of internal security audits and preparation of corresponding reports
Advice and support to specialist departments with regard to information security issues
Implementation and coordination of training and awarenessraising measures for employees
Taking on general tasks in the area of information security in accordance with current regulatory requirements (e.g. BAIT)

1) 1st Interview: Introductory meeting with the Head of IT (virtual or in person depending on the candidates location).
2) 2nd Interview: Facetoface meeting with the Head of IT and senior management. Discussion of terms including salary and contract.
3) Final decision: Offer or rejection based on the interviews.
