Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management:

  • Oversee and maintain stock levels for raw materials finished goods and other inventory items required for modular kitchen manufacturing.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates of inventory records in the system.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile any discrepancies.

• Procurement Coordination:

  • Coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment of materials and supplies.
  • Manage purchase orders and ensure that incoming materials meet quality standards.

• Store Operations:

  • Supervise daily store operations including receiving storing and issuing materials.
  • Ensure the store is organized clean and complies with safety regulations.
  • Implement efficient storage solutions to optimize space and material handling.

• Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of inventory movements receipts and dispatches.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on stock status consumption and reordering requirements.

• Team Management:

  • Supervise store staff and provide training on inventory management practices.
  • Assign tasks and monitor the performance of store personnel.

• Vendor and Supplier Relations:

  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers for timely deliveries and quality assurance.
  • Handle any issues related to supply chain disruptions or defective materials.

Key Skills:

• Proficiency in inventory management software.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of materials used in modular kitchen manufacturing.

Qualifications:

• Any Graduation .
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the manufacturing sector.
