The Role
The HR Specialist will be working with our HR Team. This is a key function for the group. You will be managing our recruitment and HR information system and have the ability to further develop your functional expertise.
In this role you will be..
- Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring transferring promoting and terminating
- Explaining human resources policies procedures and standards to new and existing employees
- Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed
- Informing job applicants of job duties responsibilities benefits schedules working conditions promotion opportunities etc.
- Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval
- Handling all HR facets except Training and Recruitment tasks.
- Other tasks assigned from time to time

The Ideal Candidate
- Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course
- Certificate Bachelors/College Degree in HRDM Psychology Social Science or any related field
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Required Skill(s): HR and Administrative Skills Communication Skills
- Organizational Skills Computer Skills Time Management
- Willing to work both in Ermita Manila and Makati.
- Highly organized and can juggle multiple tasks.
