Job Description
Our client is a wellestablished multi regulated Australian broker offering traders access to CFDs across Forex Indices Commodities Stocks and Cryptocurrencies. Our client is growing and looking to recruit a Fulltime Back Office Specialist (Onboarding & Back Office Administration).
Reporting to: Head of Back Office
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the onboarding of clients which includes reviewing their KYC documents and updating clients data
- Provide answers to customers by identifying problems and assisting with incoming queries by email and other supported communication channels of the company
- Assisting other departments with Backoffice requests
Candidate profile:
- Computer literacy with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge and experience in FX will be considered advantageous but not essential
- A team player with excellent communication skills
- Fluent in verbal and written English (Additional languages are an advantage)
- Ability to work 6 am to 2 pm in the Summer and 5 am to 1 pm in the Winter

Working hours: 6 am to 2 pm in the Summer and 5 am to 1 pm in the Winter
