Job Description
Job Description: Are you a skilled CDL Class A driver who wants competitive pay and an opportunity to add variety to your life Join our team of transportation professionals and broaden your horizons with one of our Over The Road (OTR) positions. We are seeking experienced and dependable drivers who are committed to providing superior service for a variety of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a Class A CDL tractor trailer for long haul trucking routes through multiple states and a variety of climates.
- Maintain DOT regulations and standards for driver safety.
- Accurately log and track all driving hours using electronic logging devices (ELD).
- Ensure timely delivery and pickups.
- Perform pretrip and posttrip inspections of the truck.
- Maintain effective communication with dispatch and support teams.
Qualifications:
Be 21 years of age or older.
Hold a valid and current Class A CDL.
Minimum 14 months of verifiable tractortrailer experience.
Minimum 1 year of verifiable OTR experience.
No DWIs in the past 7 years.
No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years.
Ability to pass a preemployment DOT physical and drug screening.
No preventable DOT reportable accidents in the past 3 years.
Automatic Disqualifiers:
Positive or refused drug or alcohol test for DOTregulated positions.
Work Schedule:
21 days out on the road with 7 days home for reset.
