Class B Assembler
Pay:$17/HR
Hours:Monday Saturday 6 AM 3:30 PM (Hours may change based on needs; Saturday is a short day)
Job Type:Temp to Hire
Location:Catoosa Oklahoma
Job Description:
Join us as a Class B Assembler and become an essential part of our team where youll test mechanical components with precision and efficiency. As an Assembly Class B Technician your focus will be on ensuring highquality production through the assembly and testing of various components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assembly Tasks:Assemble and fit parts using portable grinders hand tools and power tools.
- Component Installation:Install moving parts such as shafts and bearings bend and install pipes and align gears in gearboxes.
- Equipment Operation:Operate tuberolling equipment conduct hydro testing and prepare final assemblies for shipment or storage.
- Manual Handling:Position parts manually or using overhead cranes and clean/prep tubes for welding.
- Workplace Organization:Maintain a clean and organized work environment using 5S methodology.
- Team Collaboration:Work collaboratively with team members to ensure the functionality of tools and equipment.
Skills Required:
- Experience:Prior experience in assembly preferred but not required; we welcome candidates with little to no experience.
- Multitasking:Ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
- Teamwork:Strong teamwork skills and respect for the public customers vendors and colleagues.
- Adaptability:Ability to work cooperatively interchange roles within the department and maintain cleanliness and functionality standards.
