Intercare Recruitment is working with a compassionate care facility dedicated to providing exceptional care to their residents. The community consists of a 49bed skilled care unit a 6bed basic care unit and a 19bed assisted living community. They are committed to creating a warm supportive environment where residents thrive.

Job Summary: As a Registered Nurse (RN) you will play a vital role in delivering highquality care to our residents. You will be responsible for assessing planning implementing and evaluating nursing care while ensuring compliance with all federal state and local regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents health status and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor residents conditions and vital signs and promptly report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Provide wound care catheter care and other necessary medical treatments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate resident care.
• Educate residents and their families about health conditions medication and selfcare.
• Maintain accurate and uptodate resident records.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).

Qualifications:

• Current and valid RN licensure in the state of North Dakota.
• Strong clinical assessment and problemsolving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
• Experience in longterm care preferred.
