Graphic Designer - Ajwan Group

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer with a strong background in social media content creation and other graphic design tasks. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail excellent design skills and the ability to produce engaging visuals for various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics for various mediums including digital print and social media. Develop and design promotional materials advertisements and brand collateral.
• Social Media: Design and manage social media content including posts stories banners and ads. Ensure that designs align with the brands voice and visual identity.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency in design and messaging across all platforms and materials. Develop and adhere to brand guidelines.
• Creative Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative strategies for campaigns and promotions.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
• Feedback and Revisions: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make necessary revisions to designs. Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new design techniques.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2 years of experience in graphic design with a focus on social media content creation.
• Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) and other design tools. Strong understanding of design principles typography and color theory.
• Portfolio: A compelling portfolio showcasing your design skills and social media projects.
• Creativity: Strong creative thinking and problemsolving skills. Ability to translate ideas into visually engaging designs.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
