About the Job:

We are currently seeking for an analytic Revenue Executive to join Jumeirah family! You will support the propertys Revenue function in executing long and shortterm Revenue Management strategies towards the advancement of RevPAR market share as well as ensuring the successful application and continuous development of Revenue Management techniques for maximizing the generation of rooms revenue.

Duties and responsibilities of this role:

• Prepare daily Revenue reports and communicate to the Hotels Management team to ensure everybody is aware of the results
• Must ensure that all personnel are kept well informed about hotels selling strategies
• Responsible for Rate Loading in all channels and systems ensuring that input standards of rate codes are met selling strategies are being followed and the hotel offers rate parity
• Monitor IDeaS daily to maximize the revenue of the hotel and control the BAR levels on all channels
• Work in partnership with Reservations Sales & Finance to ensure financial targets are met
• Prepares monthly Revenue reports and distributes it to corporate office and ensures all relevant departments are informed about results and future strategies
• Maintain appropriate records of education training skills and experience
• Assists Revenue Manager/Director of Revenue in all duties pertaining to the department as needed.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent diploma in Hotel Administration or Business Administration.
• At least 1 year in a Revenue Reservations Front Office or Sales position within a hotel/resort.
• Strong understanding of hotel distribution.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel PPT Word Forms)
• Can demonstrate Revenue Management skills and with strong problemsolving reasoning and analytical abilities.
• Highly capable in basic mathematics including the calculation of common statistics ratios and percentages and a working knowledge of simple algebra.
• Has excellent written and verbal English skills.
