Salary Range: $100000.00 $145000.00 DOE
Requirements:
- 5 years of Superintendent experience with a Commercial General Contractor
- Must have general familiarity with MF Divisions 113 and either 15 (mechanical/plumbing) or 16 (electrical) 15/16 expertise is a major plus
- Experience in any or all of the following: data center public works large airport healthcare (hospitals not office buildings) large multifamily (type 5) highrise (structural steel) tenant improvement/renovation in hospitality restaurant/bar retail luxury finishes

About the Role
The Superintendent will oversee daily onsite construction operations and ensure projects are completed safely on time and within budget. The Superintendent will coordinate subcontractors enforce quality and safety standards and maintain effective communication with all parties.
Responsibilities
- Manage and direct job site activities from project initiation to completion.
- Supervises selfperformed labor crews and subcontractor work to ensure project completion.
- Oversee and manage up to 500 employees and subcontractors.
- Communicate daily with job foreman and craftsmen to maintain expected production levels.
- Ensures project goals are met according to specifications on time and within budget.
- Conducts weekly subcontractor meetings at the jobsite to review and manage schedule performance safety compliance and quality control.
- Monitors R.F.I. status delays additional work requirements etc.
- Communicates with subcontractors to ensure prompt and accurate drawings
- Communicates with the PM and team on project related issues changes or delays.
- Assists the PM and team by conducting closeout meetings 30 days before completion.
- Represents the company's best interests in communications with Owners and public entities.
- Develops plans and implements strategies to complete projects on or ahead of schedule and within budget.
- Adheres to preestablished guidelines to fulfill required duties.
- Track the production of selfperformed work to stay within budget.
Requirements
- Experience in coordinating and scheduling of subcontractors
- Experience with Procore preferred
- Strong knowledge of selfperform concrete work
