Position: Business Development Specialist Metalworking Manufacturing
Location: Monterrey Metropolitan Area Mexico
Working Hours: 8:00 am 5:00 pm EST
Salary Range: $USD per month

Scope of the Role
Our client is seeking a Business Development Specialist to establish and develop successful relationships with endusers and partners. The ideal candidate will possess strong problemsolving project management multitasking and communication skills. This role requires proactive business development including handson interaction across various organizational levels and regular visits to distributors and endusers.

Duties and responsibilities:
Leading projects to develop new products and customers: Initiate and oversee projects aimed at introducing new products and expanding customer base.
Finding accounts that match our client’s strategic goals: Identify and pursue opportunities with accounts aligned with company objectives.
Testing and pricing our products: Conduct product testing and determine competitive pricing strategies.
Appointing developing and managing distributors: Recruit train and manage distributors to ensure effective product distribution and sales.
Requirements:
Fluent in English both written and spoken
Strong knowledge of metalworking manufacturing techniques. Technical depth to respond to all functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or substantial handson experience in relevant industries (at least 10 years)
Proven experience in managing and developing customer accounts with a track record of sales growth is desirable.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Access Outlook) and other IT systems
Strong decisionmaking skills and ability to work effectively in a team
Active listening and negotiation skills; persuasiveness and social perceptiveness.
Neat and presentable appearance
Additional Requirements:
Ability to test tools in manufacturing environments collecting and analyzing data.
Must have a B1/B2 Visa for the United States and a valid passport.
Must have a personal vehicle in good working condition. Jarvis will reimburse the employee for travel based on a per kilometer basis.
Note: This role involves frequent travel (24 days per week) to visit potential and existing customers with travel expenses reimbursed at a perkilometer rate.
