Job Description

Role Overview
We are seeking a fulltime remote Customer Support Specialist. You will be the first point of contact for our customers providing exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with technical issues via email chat and phone.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot problems identify root causes and provide solutions.
  • Escalate complex issues to higherlevel support when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions.
Qualifications
  • Strong English communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities and a customeroriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with SAAS products and technical support experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Node.js JavaScript & MySQL(Strong Knowledge).
  • Experience with Hardware/IoT devices ideally Smarthome Devices like Smart Loct etc.
