Role Overview We are seeking a fulltime remote Customer Support Specialist. You will be the first point of contact for our customers providing exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively. Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with technical issues via email chat and phone.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Troubleshoot problems identify root causes and provide solutions.
Escalate complex issues to higherlevel support when necessary.
Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions.
Qualifications
Strong English communication skills both written and verbal.
Excellent problemsolving abilities and a customeroriented mindset.
Familiarity with SAAS products and technical support experience is a plus.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Node.js JavaScript & MySQL(Strong Knowledge).
Experience with Hardware/IoT devices ideally Smarthome Devices like Smart Loct etc.
