Job Description
Manage plan organize and control processes procedures and activities related to the implementation of continuous improvement projects in TlP satellites focusing on one or more value streams through defined standards and aligned with business goals and priorities set by management.
To manage manufacturing process times ergonomically release workstations in manufacturing areas; plan optimize design and modify manual work systems to increase productivity enhance utilization and reduce labor costs in TlP satellites.
Qualifications :
- Education: Engineering degree
- Experience: from 3 to 5 years of experience in the Automotive Industry
- Knowledge in continuous improvement.
- Advance English Level
- Experience in Project Management
- Competencies: Result oriented proactivity change management team work negotiation skills leadership & conflict management.
