Job Description
- You will also evaluate the effectiveness of the planning system's parameter values by measuring plan outcomes against predefined performance metrics. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, problem-solving, maintaining clear documentation, providing training and support, and continuously seeking opportunities for improvement are also key aspects of this role.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to ensure data accuracy, consistency and completeness
- Knowledge of data governance principles
- Understanding in documenting data definitions, data lineage, and data mapping
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- A commitment to staying updated with industry trends and best practices in data management and analysis
- A keen eye for detail
- The capacity to think critically and make data-driven decisions
- Collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- The flexibility to adapt to evolving data needs and technologies in the organization
- A degree or equivalent in Business, Data Sciences or Engineering is preferred
- Experience in supply planning, with knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry
- Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Change / line leadership
- APICS / CSCP or equivalent certification
- Lean certification
