Human Resource Administrator

Job Description:

We are looking for a Human Resource Administrator to manage the daily administrative HR tasks. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations and providing support in recordkeeping onboarding and payroll functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with employee onboarding and orientation processes
• Maintain and update employee records ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
• Process payroll timesheets and employee benefits changes
• Assist in scheduling interviews and preparing offer letters
• Answer employee questions regarding HR policies and procedures
• Support HR compliance efforts ensuring adherence to labor laws
• Prepare HR reports such as employee attendance turnover and benefits utilization
• Handle routine administrative duties including filing data entry and maintaining HR documentation

Qualifications:

• Associates degree in Human Resources Business or a related field (preferred)
• 1 years of HR administrative experience
• Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
