Human Resource Generalist

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Generalist to manage a broad range of HR functions. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of HR policies and procedures and will support the organization in creating a positive and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage endtoend recruitment including job postings screening interviewing and onboarding
• Handle employee relations conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
• Ensure compliance with federal state and local labor laws
• Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance 401(k) and leave policies
• Maintain employee records and process payroll changes
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and policies
• Support training and development initiatives
• Conduct exit interviews and offboarding procedures

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field (preferred)
• 2 years of HR generalist experience
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problemsolving abilities
• Experience with HR software (HRIS) and payroll systems
