JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Being a member of the Relationship Management Team the Account Manager acts as a Single Point of Contact coordinating all Solutions activity within their assigned Accounts/Markets and is the point person for all client inquiries.
- They are responsible for maintaining client satisfaction as well as proactively achieving assigned Goals and Objectives of the enterprise strategic business agenda within their portfolio of assigned accounts.
- Furthermore they actively work with senior management client service representatives and product operations integration and marketing teams to ensure the deliverability of the client community.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- High proficiency in English and Korean language both written and verbal communication.
- Will lead all Business development activities within the relationship management function and new Business opportunities.
- Builds and cultivates strong client relationships to expand DTCC Solutions product and service utilization.
- Leads all of DTCCs new businesses as it relates to client adoption; performs customer needs assessment as part of consultative sales process monitors customer satisfaction with DTCC service technology operations and product development and raises issues as appropriate to ensure they are addressed.
- Identify new contract sales opportunities establish benchmarks for improving customer satisfaction and work collaboratively to address shortfalls maintaining and growing existing revenue base and converting opportunities into revenue.
- Handles and monitors accounts by collecting and distributing Client Intel and preparing Call Reports and other documents as needed to share client insights opportunities or concerns with internal collaborators.
- Responsible for actively building and influencing key internal relationships with Product Management Sales Operations and Client Services to ensure outstanding customer service is provided to clients.
- Act as a subject matter authority in the customer s business lines goals challenges and use position to increase the client experience by having the depth and breadth of knowledge about the Client and the products/services.
Requirements
Consistent record of continuously identifying exploring sales strategies and converting potential into revenue using a flexible yet persistent approach to a consultative and solution sale
Shown ability to conceptualize creative valuable solutions to address customer needs
A strong background in leading the entire lifecycle of client relationships pre and postproduction
Excellent relationship building skills nonbureaucratic selfmotivated and guided in their actions by solid business instincts and judgment
Work experience in the Financial Services (securities industry) is a big plus
Teammate with the ability to react to clients needs effectively and efficiently
Highly organized persistent flexible profitfocused and goal orientated
Ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision
Excellent communication persuasion and presentation skills in English and Korean (written spoken a natural public speaker)
