Quantum RD Software Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement automation tools for qubit calibration.
• Apply machine learning techniques to optimize calibration processes and improve qubit performance.
• Collaborate with quantum physicists and engineers to integrate calibration solutions into quantum hardware.
• Work independently as well as in teams to accomplish business objectives.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelors Masters or PhD in Computer Science Physics Electrical Engineering or a related field with 47 years job experience.
• Background in quantum computing and familiarity with qubit calibration methods.
• Strong proficiency in Python / C programming.
• Solid understanding of graph theory and its applications.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g. TensorFlow PyTorch scikitlearn).
• Knowledge of optimization techniques and highperformance computing (HPC) algorithms.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment and to develop teamwork among individuals and over geographically disperse teams.
• High tolerance for ambiguity resultsoriented meets timelines handles pressure while working positively in a collaborative manner.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to learn proactively.
