Precast Concrete Operations Specialist The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the concrete industry particularly in precast operations and will be comfortable with both handson operational tasks. Ideal candidates play a crucial role in establishing and managing precast concrete operations from the ground up.

Job Summary:

• Assist in loading fabricated rebar on trailers and unloading stock material from trailers.
• Operate Table Benders Shear Lines Automatic Benders and Overhead Cranes
• Oversee and manage daily operations of the precast concrete production.
• Assist in the concrete pouring and refinishrebuiltrepair process.
• Clean and prep mold and forms.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Precast Concrete Operations Specialist Qualifications

• Proven experience in the precast concrete industry.
• Strong operational background with a handson approach.
• Excellent leadership and teambuilding skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Knowledge of concrete mixing systems and production processes.
• Commitment to safety and quality assurance.

• Must be able to work outside under all weather conditions
• Able and willing to cross train as required
• Follow OSHA EPA and company safety policies rules and regulations
• Possess a strong work ethic and practice safe working habits and ability to be punctual.
• Ability to work as a team player in a fastpaced environment
• Ability to operate fabrication machines in a safe manner without supervision
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Minimum 3 years preferably in a heavy industrial environment experience
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds climb ladders and steps and work outside under all weather conditions when needed
• Must be able to read technical documents and service manuals
• Must be able to write job instructional training documents
• Possess knowledge of commonly used concepts practices and procedures in the industrial field
• Must be able to work overtime either planned or unplanned for emergency situations
