Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Recruitment Operations Manager to join our growing team. This role will be pivotal in streamlining our recruitment processes improving operational efficiency and ensuring the delivery of highquality talent solutions to our clients across various industries in Africa.

Key Responsibilities

1. Process Optimization
   • Develop implement and maintain efficient recruitment processes and workflows
   • Continuously analyze and improve operational efficiency in the recruitment cycle
   • Implement and oversee the use of recruitment technologies and tools
2. Team Leadership
   • Manage and mentor a team of recruiters
   • Assign roles and responsibilities for recruitment projects
   • Provide guidance and support to ensure team members meet performance targets
3. Project Management
   • Oversee multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
   • Ensure timely delivery of candidates and adherence to client service level agreements
   • Manage resource allocation across various client engagements
4. Quality Control
   • Develop and maintain quality standards for candidate sourcing screening and presentation
   • Conduct regular audits of recruitment processes and deliverables
   • Implement measures to continuously improve the quality of candidates presented to clients
5. Client Relationship Management
   • Serve as a key point of contact for highpriority clients
   • Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure client needs are met and exceeded
   • Provide expert recruitment advice and insights to clients
6. Reporting and Analytics
   • Develop and maintain recruitment metrics and KPIs
   • Prepare regular reports on team performance project status and operational efficiency
   • Use datadriven insights to inform strategic decisions and process improvements
7. Innovation and Technology
   • Stay abreast of industry trends and innovative recruitment practices
   • Evaluate and recommend new recruitment technologies and tools
8. Compliance and Best Practices
   • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws and regulations
   • Develop and maintain best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
   • Foster a culture of ethical recruitment practices within the team

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
• 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Proven track record of improving recruitment processes and operational efficiency
• Strong understanding of the African job market and recruitment landscape
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Advanced proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fastpaced highpressure environment
• Knowledge of data protection and privacy regulations in recruitment
• Ability to work in a startup environment.
