Content Manager Japanese

A Japanese Content Manager will oversee our Japanese content across our cryptobased sports betting and casino brands.Youll be thekey player driving Japanese market content managing relationships with our freelance writers and translators and ensuring our brand shines across teams.

You will contribute towards the growth and development of the brands for a forwardthinking Japanese audience and play an essential role in creating the best crypto gaming experience for players in Japan and beyond.

Your daily tasks will be

• Managing the relationship between our freelance Japanese writers and translators in close collaboration with the SEO team;
  
• Liaising with the SEO Content Strategist on the editorial calendar for Japan and reporting regularly on the status of projects;
  
• Overseeing copywriting and assisting with localisation in close partnership with the SEO team and as a part of global content efforts;
  
• Partnering with marketing stakeholders to develop projects for locally targeted marketing initiatives;
  
• Identifying content opportunities across channels based on trends in Japan and in the iGaming industry in Japan;
  
• Coordinating content creation with both local and international teams;
  
• Participating in market research activities and developing ideas to expand/improve the sites content;
  
• Developing style guides on tone and voice for our casino and sports betting brands;
  
• Leading by example when it comes to collaboration and communication.
  

What we expect from you

• Strong timemanagement skills and the ability to handle multiple coinciding projects;
  
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to bring life to our brands in a way that is consistent with our global positioning and meaningful to local culture and customs;
  
• Understanding SEO and webbased content KPIs as they pertain to conversion;
  
• Strong projectmanagement skills and the capacity to follow a project from start to finish;
  
• 2 years experience with creative and marketing content creation and copywriting;
  
• At least three years of experience planning creating and editing content;
  
• Flawless command of written English and Japanese and a strong eye for detail;
  
• The ability to deliver highquality work under tight deadlines;
  
• An analytical mindset and the ability to follow up on and optimise content based on performance;
  
• A deep understanding of local expectations and trends;
  
• Love both highlevel strategy and handson writing and editing;
  
• Solid demonstrated crossfunctional content and project management experience particularly with complex content initiatives;
  
• Creative solutionoriented hardworking and analytical mindset;
  
• Ability to take the initiative in a constantly changing work environment and a willingness to adopt a generalist mindset;
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects with the right blend of prioritisation and tight deadlines;
  
• Strong communication and collaboration skills;
  
• Ability to work with technology across multiple platforms as part of the publishing pipeline.
