Job Overview Your Role in Revolutionizing Connectivity
As an Operations Buyer Assistant you will combine elements of purchasing billing and operations support. Your role involves assisting in the procurement process managing financial transactions and supporting operational efficiencies. This role is crucial for integrating purchasing and operations processes ensuring accurate records and efficient management of transactions.
Employment type: Indefinite term type contract
Shift: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)
Work setup: Remote (Bogot /Medell n)
Responsibilities Key Tasks in Elevating Connectivity
Purchasing Support:
- Assist with the preparation and processing of purchase orders.
- Communicate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and resolve any orderrelated issues.
Operations Management:
- Assist with daily operations including administrative tasks data entry scheduling and coordinating activities.
- Serve as a liaison between various departments or between management and staff.
- Address operational issues or bottlenecks with guidance from higherlevel management.
Financial Transactions:
- Verify and process invoices from vendors ensuring they match purchase orders and receipt records.
- Verify and process customer invoices ensuring accurate processing and delivery through QuickBooks and Salesforce.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders invoices and related documentation.
- Ensure that purchasing processes adhere to company policies and financial regulations.

- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in handling purchase orders invoices and financial records.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks including order processing and financial tracking.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data and identify trends or discrepancies.
- Communication Skills: Clear communication with team members vendors and management.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks SAP) Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Bilingual: English & Spanish proficiency is a must.
