Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Remote UX/UI Designer to join our team on a temporary basis. Over the next few months you will play a key role in designing and enhancing user experiences for our clients ensuring that our digital products are both userfriendly and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities:

UX/UI Design: Create intuitive and engaging user interfaces focusing on user experience and design aesthetics.

Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes prototypes and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.

User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs.

Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including developers product managers and marketing teams to ensure design consistency and project alignment.

Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain design systems to ensure a cohesive look and feel across all projects.

Responsive Design: Ensure all designs are responsive and optimised for various devices and screen sizes.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience: 3 years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch Figma Adobe XD or similar.

UserCentered Design: Strong understanding of usercentered design principles and best practices.

ProblemSolving: Ability to solve design challenges creatively and effectively.

Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts to team members and stakeholders.

Adaptability: Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Education: A degree in UX/UI Design Graphic Design or a related field is preferred but not required.

Work Environment:

This is a fully remote position offering flexibility in working hours.

Collaboration will be done virtually requiring good communication skills and selfmanagement.

Compensation:

Rate: R600 per hour (before tax)
