About the role:

Qatar Airways are pleased to announce an incredibly exciting opportunity to join our Flight Operations team as a Manager IOC Network Control to be based in Doha, Qatar.

As a Manager IOC Network Control, you will be accountable to manage and evaluate operations of Qatar Airways passenger and freighter flights, to ensure schedule integrity and provide cost effective disruption management decisions to IOC team.

Specific responsibilities for the role include:
• Identify trends of irregular flight operations and recommend processes improvements to ensure an efficient and effective operation.
• Develop and maintain an effective compliance framework to ensure all task are completed in accordance with published processes.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable business and industry specific regulations, and legislative requirements, as prescribed in the IOC and Flight Operations Manual (Part A).
• Lead, manage, guide and mentor team of staff to continually monitor and manage the operations of all Qatar Airways Group flights within the IOC operations window, to ensure a safe and secure operation and provide feasible solutions to deliver brand continuity and protection, while promoting the most advantageous economic outcome.
