SPA MANAGER - Andaz Doha

Duties and responsibilities related to the Spa Manager role:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure the successful operation and profitability of the spa facility within the luxury hotel setting
• Oversee the hiring training and management of spa colleagues fostering a culture of excellence in guest service
• Implement and maintain high standards of cleanliness hygiene and safety protocols in accordance with industry regulations and brand standards
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create innovative promotions and packages to attract and retain guests driving revenue growth
• Monitor and analyze financial performance budgeting and forecasting for the spa department identifying areas for improvement and costsaving opportunities
• Continuously assess and enhance the spas offerings including treatments amenities and facilities to exceed guest expectations and maintain competitiveness in the market

• Ideally with a University Degree or Diploma in Spa Management and/or Hospitality/Tourism Management
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Spa Manager
• Aesthetic qualification in treatments and training will be of great advantage
