Role Description As a Product Owner Manager, you will be at the forefront of revolutionizing the digital travel experience, leading the development and enhancement of our digital products from booking platforms to ancillary products to loyalty and account management. Key Responsibilities • Lead one or more cross-functional teams comprising of engineers, designers, QA and other specialists focusing on releasing best-in-class digital products across the digital landscape • Champion customer-centric design and user experience, ensuring our products exceed customer and member expectations. • Live and breathe the digital product vision and OKRs to shape your product backlog, and define sprint scope based on your prioritization framework, digital product priorities and capacity. • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders to gather insights, communicate roadmap progress and ensure alignment with the product vision, balancing competing interests and driving consensus to achieve digital objectives. • Oversee product releases and monitor performance to ensure they deliver customer and commercial value, sharing outcomes with digital leadership and stakeholders • Deliver exciting and engaging product release collateral and materials internally to support product releases • Identify risks, issues and technical challenges related to development of your products, and work with other business units within Finance, IT and Commercial to mitigate them Be part of an extraordinary story Your skills. Qualifications About You We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Product Owner to join our innovative and forward thinking Digital Commerce & Service Experiences team shaping the future of travel at Qatar Airways. • Minimum qualification of bachelor’s degree or equivalent is essential. • 6+ years of job-related experience • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in the travel industry • A passion for innovation and a drive to push digital boundaries in air travel. • A proven track record of efficiently prioritizing a product roadmap or backlog. • Experience in working with Amadeus products and systems would be a plus About Qatar Airways Group Our story started with four aircraft.
