As an Associate Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving our sales efforts and achieving our revenue targets. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers. In this role, you will work closely with the sales team, marketing team, and other internal stakeholders to develop and execute sales strategies, identify market trends, and deliver exceptional customer service. Your strong interpersonal skills, business acumen, and ability to understand customer needs will be crucial in achieving sales success. If you are passionate about sales, have a strong track record of meeting targets, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you. • The individual should be able to meet sales targets assigned for Doha, Qatar • They should be able to maintain strong relationships with end users, consultants and contractors • Engage with Electrical Contractors, EPC Contractor and End User to Sell LV Panel, Industrial UPS and Hazardous Area Equipment. • Promote UPS and LV System systems to the Consultants, and the End users by active engagement and prescription activities • They should build and manage healthy pipeline by effective use of CRM tool • Maintain cordial relationship and support OEM to achieve set business goals • Provide accurate sales forecast and market feedback regularly to the Sales Leader • Enhance customer experience Qualification Required: Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical) Experience Range Required: 6-10 Years Skill Set: Reliable technical background good marketing skills and business sense; Ability to build client relationships easily
