Duties and Responsibilities
Build relationships with prospective clients

Follow up interviews with qualified clients
Daily operations administration and organization duties.
Marketing and LeadGeneration.
New member sales.
Track and achieve goals
Coaching developing and leading your team
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years experience as a leader or manager required.
Education and understanding in the Personal Development Industry
Strong commitment to selfimprovement.
Someone willing to learn and implement the training provided
Proven selfstarter and finisher
Display leadership skills
Experience/ specialization in team leadership.
Strong communication and presentation skills
Organizational skills are essential.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
