ABOUT THE ROLE

• Preparation of Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns for Individuals Company Trust Partnership
  
• Preparation of BAS IAS FBT Returns and Payroll Tax Returns.
  
• Bookkeeping and data entry.
  
• Liaise with relevant taxation and government authorities on behalf of clients including the ATO and ASIC.
  
• Work with a team to ensure client work is completed efficiently.
  

ABOUT YOU

• Must be a Certified Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  
• Minimum 5 years experience in taxation and financial reporting.
  
• Extensive knowledge of Xero XPM MYOB QuickBooks and the ATO portal is required.
  
• Excellent understanding of Australian accounting and tax concepts.
  
• Able to complete a job from start to finish with minimal supervision
  
• A positive attitude towards others.
  
• Happy and easy to approach.
  
• Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment.
  
• Be selfmotivated detailoriented and dedicated to delivering exceptional client service.
  
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  
• A quick learner and can demonstrate the ability to think outside the box.
