Zoho Consultant

This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities and Result Areas

Customization and configuration of Zoho applications such as Zoho CRM Zoho Projects Zoho Desk etc. under the guidance of senior consultants to meet the specific business needs.

Deliver customized solutions on time with support from experienced team members.

Support the analysis of business requirements and help translate them into technical solutions within the Zoho ecosystem.

Gain experience in developing custom modules workflows and scripts to enhance the functionality of Zoho applications.

Assist in integrating Zoho applications with thirdparty systems and tools to ensure effective system interoperability.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to endusers of Zoho applications under the supervision of senior staff.

Contribute to fostering high user satisfaction through efficient support and training.

Help maintain documentation related to Zoho customizations and integrations.

Stay updated on the latest features and capabilities of Zoho applications.

Recommend best practices for implementation

Develop expertise across the Zoho suite including CRM Books Inventory and Desk.

Requirements

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.

Basic understanding of Zoho applications

Understanding of relational databases and data modelling concepts.

Basic programming knowledge preferably in languages like Java or Python (optional)

Good problemsolving skills and attention to detail.

Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
