Job Description

Job Summary:

The Solutions Engineer will work closely with our sales product and engineering teams to understand customer requirements design tailored solutions and support the successful implementation of our products. This role requires a blend of technical expertise problemsolving skills and strong communication abilities to deliver topnotch solutions that meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and identify how our products can solve their challenges.
  • Design and present tailored solutions to customers demonstrating how our products meet their specific needs.
  • Provide technical expertise during presales activities including product demonstrations proof of concepts and technical workshops.
  • Develop and deliver detailed technical presentations and proposals that clearly articulate the value of our solutions.
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure solutions are feasible scalable and aligned with the companys product roadmap.
  • Assist in the installation configuration and troubleshooting of products during the implementation phase to ensure successful deployment.
  • Serve as a technical advisor and trusted partner to customers addressing any concerns or technical questions they may have.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends technologies and best practices to continuously improve the quality and relevance of our solutions.
  • Provide feedback to the product team based on customer interactions to help shape future product development.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring their longterm satisfaction and success with our products.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Technology or a related field.
  • Proven at least 2 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer PreSales Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to design creative solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Experience with customerfacing roles including presales product demonstrations and technical consulting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across departments.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and support sales activities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in relevant technologies or platforms (e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect Cisco Certified Network Professional etc.).
  • Experience with software development scripting or automation tools.
  • Knowledge of industryspecific solutions and trends.
  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
