Job Description
Lead Residential Electrician
- Install maintain modify and repair residential electrical distribution systems and associated electrical equipment for new residential construction renovation single family and multi family dwellings
- Inspect and test components of electrical systems including transformers
- Complete work orders and record material utilized on jobs
- Utilize blueprints wiring diagrams and manufacturers installation manuals to complete assigned projects
- Survey electrical systems circuits and plans
- Remain in compliance with current National Electric Code
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in the residential electrical field with new construction renovation single family and multi unit dwellings
- Must have experience leading a small team of electricians
- Valid PA driver s license and reliable transportation.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to work well with a team
