About the Role:

Were on the hunt for a dynamic Machine Shop Estimator / Service Writer to join the hive. In this role youll inspect incoming equipment source and price replacement parts and prepare detailed quotes and estimates for customers. If youre passionate about mechanical and industrial engineering and have a knack for precision estimating and service writing we want to meet you!

Your Mission:

Inspect incoming equipment and parts to determine scope of work and required repairs or replacements
Source and price replacement parts preparing detailed quotes and estimates for customers
Generate Troubleshooting Analysis Reports and repair quotes
Report defects missed inspections job delays and other issues to the Operations Manager and customers

What You Bring:

Previous experience in the Machining Repair and Service Industry
Experience with estimating and service writing
Ability to read complex drawings and use precision measuring equipment
High School Diploma or GED with indepth experience in diagnostic troubleshooting and failure analysis processes

Additional Requirements:

• Must be a United States citizen or authorized to work in the United States
• Must be at least 18 years of age
