Sanitation Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the sanitation of equipment surfaces utensils and the plant environment ensuring all tasks are completed effectively and on time.
• Plan coordinate and communicate all sanitationrelated activities across quality safety health operations and maintenance programs.
• Analyze sanitation performance metrics lead weekly crossfunctional meetings and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.
• Develop and update sanitation standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance by all sanitation staff.
• Handle personnel decisions including hiring training and performance management while also participating in handson sanitation tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience.
• At least one year of directly related work experience in sanitation or a similar role.
• Proficiency in email spreadsheet word processing and other relevant software applications.
• Knowledge of sanitation processes including cleaning chemistry chemical handling and sanitary design principles.
• Familiarity with industry quality systems inspection programs and recruiting processes.

Work Conditions:

• Regular onsite presence at facilities with up to 5% travel within the United States primarily to company facilities or for training purposes.
