Roles and Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering:
Collaborate with stakeholders to document CRM requirements for highnetworth clients.
Conduct workshops and interviews to capture business needs.
System Analysis and Design: Analyze existing CRM systems design solutions for private banking.Data Management: Ensure data integrity and security within the CRM system.
Collaborate on robust data management practices.
Provide ongoing support address inquiries.
CRM certifications relevant to private banking.
Experience with CRM integrations in financial services.
Proficiency in data visualization tools.
