Tasks

• Managing international websites social media channels and other digital marketing platforms.
• Strategic leadership and development of a dedicated team focussing on influencer marketing
• Planning and implementation of longterm international influencer marketing strategies that increase Les Lunes brand awareness and reach all across Europe
• Budget management ensuring efficient use of financial resources
• Analysing and reporting on the performance of influencer marketing initiatives
• Track and analyze marketing performance focusing on ROI and market penetration.
• Ensure strategies comply with local laws and regulations in target countries.
• Identify opportunities for market entry and design gotomarket strategies for new regions.
• Lead and mentor a team of international marketing professionals.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in international marketing with a preference for ecommerce.
• Proficiency in digital marketing strategies including SEO SEM social media and email marketing.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market research and data.
• Indepth understanding of international marketing market dynamics and cultural nuances.
• Able to think outside the box in developing and executing innovative campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of French and Polish is advantageous.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
