Senior Barista

Our client a distinguished organic coffee shop located in the heart of Riyadh Saudi Arabia is renowned for its commitment to quality sustainability and the finest organic blends. They are actively seeking a Senior Barista with a passion for coffee and exceptional customer service to be a key member of their team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages adhering to the shops quality and presentation standards.
• Train junior baristas ensuring consistent quality across all beverages.
• Maintain deep knowledge of coffee beans brewing methods and the origins of the coffee served.
• Monitor inventory levels of coffee supplies ensuring fresh stock is always available.
• Engage with customers providing recommendations and sharing the story behind each coffee blend.
• Ensure equipment is wellmaintained clean and functioning optimally.
• Collaborate with the management team to introduce new beverage offerings based on market trends.
• Uphold the shops organic and sustainability values in every task.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Certification in Coffee Artistry or a related field.
• 5 years of experience as a barista preferably in an organic or specialty coffee environment.
• Deep knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and educate customers.
• Passionate about sustainability and organic practices.
