Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the companys customer base.
- Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships by understanding their needs.
- Oversee and coach the sales team setting performance metrics and ensuring targets are met.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while staying fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Report on sales metrics and forecast to senior management.
- Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the companys clientele and ensures its strong market presence.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in senior sales roles with a demonstrated ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
- Demonstrable experience in developing clientfocused differentiated and achievable solutions.
