Vice President Of Sales

Our distinguished client headquartered in Riyadh is at the forefront of the retail tech revolution with an expansive global footprint. As they embark on their next phase of growth they are actively seeking a VP of Sales to amplify their market presence and foster strategic partnerships.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the companys customer base.
• Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships by understanding their needs.
• Oversee and coach the sales team setting performance metrics and ensuring targets are met.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while staying fully aware of new products and competition status.
• Report on sales metrics and forecast to senior management.
• Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the companys clientele and ensures its strong market presence.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in senior sales roles with a demonstrated ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
• Demonstrable experience in developing clientfocused differentiated and achievable solutions.
